    Face Lift For Linux Souls....

Over the next couple of days you will notice that I will be changing some stuff around. In order to get some modules working I need to kind of start over, as there was some database issues that occurred while upgrading from Drupal 6 to 7. Please bear with me, and I really hope to begin using this site more now that I can use all of the modules once again. Thanks to Lupine for helping me straighten out the stuff on our hosting!!

Test Post Using Updated Drupal 7

Just wanted to see how well this is going to work out. I am using two modules now for wysiwyg editing. The CKeditor and IMCE to upload and position pictures. So far they are both excellent, as I can add pictures on the fly or access the directory from the Server gallery like I used to.

    sudo apt-get install alien
Change to the directory where the gw800_client_linux_en.tar.gz was downloaded to. Run the following command to extract the client:
    tar -xvf gw800_client_linux_en.tar.gz

    Veterans' Memorial Geocache

Just prior to the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, I took up the hobby of geocaching. During the holiday itself, my family and I decided that this holiday, we were going to do things a little different. We decided that we would eat a nice meal with the family, and then sneak in some geocaching afterward until it became dark. My nephew was home from college, and he had never tried to geocache before. So it was with great excitement that we headed out and found two caches at a nearby park, located not very far from his home.

    Geocaching for Fun and Adventure!

To be honest, I have been looking for a hobby that is different from the norm, and could potentially help get me back on the right track for becoming fit once again. Geocaching seems to have all bases covered.

Whether you're a newly founded LoCo Team or have been one since LoCo Teams were formed, There are some really important ways that your experiences can be quickly turned into a winning situation for everyone involved.  That coupled with the fact that there is an improved method of having your reports appear on the Main Team Reports page.

    Installfest: Coming Soon!

Earlier this year the Space Coast Linux & OSS Meetup group was formed. We have had some pretty good turnouts and had some good times getting to know one another. It's about time that we had our first Installfest as a group. I have recently put up a poll on the Space Coast Meetup Site here! If you are interested and would like to get involved with this meetup group, please feel free to register and weigh in on the Poll.
