We had a great workout, and I've decided it's time to add this to the topics that I post on my blog site. We arrived at Canova Beach in Indian Harbour Beach Area around 1/2 an hour early. We took the equipment down to the beach and began getting everything setup for the "fun" workout of the day. We started doing a warm up that involved Samson Stretches, Lunges, Head Rotations, Hip Rotations, and Knee Rotations. Then we added High Kicks, Butt Kickers, and did a few dry runs on the new items that were added to the WOD.
